Paragon is a brand name of Robertshaw. Robertshaw was founded in 1899 by Frederick W. Robertshaw who is credited with inventing the thermostat. Headquartered in Itasca, IL, Robertshaw was acquired by One Rock Capital Partners, a private equity firm, in 2018.
